By accessing or using StarFlowApp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

StarFlowApp provides an AI-powered platform for managing Google Business Profile reviews. The Service allows you to view your business reviews, generate AI-suggested responses, and publish replies to Google. The Service requires a Google account and authorization to access your Google Business Profile data.

3. Account and Access

• You must sign in using a valid Google account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
• You must have the authority to manage the Google Business Profile(s) you connect to the Service.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's terms of service.

4. AI-Generated Content

• The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested review responses. These are suggestions only.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any response before publishing it to Google.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be accurate, appropriate, or free of errors.
• You agree to review all generated content before publishing and accept full responsibility for any content you publish.

5. Usage Limits

During the beta period, the Service includes daily usage limits on AI-generated replies. These limits may change at any time. We reserve the right to modify, introduce, or remove usage limits and pricing tiers as the Service evolves.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent review responses.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service in any way.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service beyond its intended use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of StarFlowApp and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and review content. AI-generated responses, once published by you, are your responsibility.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including Google user data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarFlowApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking Google API access and ceasing use. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
